Introducing the Timex Waterbury Men's Watch TW2Y70600, built around a 39 mm round stainless steel case with polished flanks and a black tachymeter bezel whose white scale runs from 500 down to 60. The ice blue dial is the centrepiece: two sunken black registers sit at 9 and 3 o'clock, the left one graduated 10 to 60, the right one marked 6, 12, 18 and 24, both cut into a pale surface bordered by a printed minute track. Faceted applied batons mark the hours, the polished hands carry white inserts, and the printing stays disciplined: TIMEX and THE WATERBURY under 12 o'clock, EST. IN 1854, CHRONOGRAPH and 50m = 165ft above 6 o'clock. On the right flank a fluted crown sits between two pump pushers, while the brown perforated PU leather strap with contrast stitching and racing holes completes the motorsport reading.

A quartz movement drives the display, so the watch keeps its rate without winding and needs only a battery change in the long run. The central seconds hand and the two counters handle the timing readout, and the graduated bezel converts elapsed seconds into average speed over a known distance, the classic tachymeter function. A mineral crystal protects the dial against everyday scratches, and the case is rated 5 ATM, which covers rain, hand washing and swimming. At 13 mm thick and 39 mm across, it slides under a shirt cuff without fighting it.

The Waterbury line borrows its name from the Connecticut town where the brand was founded in 1854, printed proudly on the dial itself. Timex built its reputation on watches made to be worn hard rather than stored away, and this reference translates that idea into a sixties racing silhouette: tachymeter bezel, contrasting counters, perforated leather.
