TicTacArea.com offers 24 months of guarantee in all the articles sold through TicTacArea.com. Thereby any official service or the local salesman nearer to your residence will take it to the repair center directly, don´t forget to take your guarantee documment and invoice with you.
Conditions for refundings
VERY IMPORTANT, read the following lines!! Before using this service it IS ESSENTIAL for you to contact us at our Department of Refundings writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, don´t forget that we will never accept a sending that has not been previously informed to our department.
If you wish to restore your purchase, you must do it in the 14 days following to the reception of the product.
Items such as belts, bracelets, straps and any other special item expressly acquired on behalf of our customer are excluded. These will never be changed or refunded.
So are excluded the so called Smartwatches delivered into a sealed box. Return on these will be only accepted if seals are intact and there is no sign of the box to be opened, even if the watch has not been started.
Thus, jewellery, such as earrings, are excluded for compulsory health reasons.
UNDER ANY CONCEPT we ADMIT the REFUNDING of a WATCH WHICH HAVE BEEN ADAPTED to a CERTAIN SIZE. Remenber this when you ask for our FREE service of adjustment of the strap, especially if it is for a gift.
In both cases, if it is for a change or a refunding, you will have to pay the costs of sending to our store, and if its not an exchange, just a refunding, you will have to also pay for the sending in your residence of the order if did not do it in its time being given a certain type of promotion.
The expenses of sending in case of refunding, can differ from those we apply to our customers in our sendings. This is because, to support your purchase, we make it more economic than the real Espress service that Fedex and UPS offer, TicTacArea.com assumes a part of the real cost of the sending between the official fee of FedEx or UPS services and the charge we make to our customers. We do it to promote our Web page and offer you a super fast service at a super cheap price, lower to its real cost.
The restored articles must be under the same conditions than when they left our store, completely new, in original case and without any mark of use.
