Introducing the Timex Expedition North Men's Watch TW2Y30600, a field watch built around a 39 mm brass case with a silver finish, straight cushioned flanks and a wide flat bezel that leaves the dial fully exposed. At only 10 mm thick it sits close to the wrist. The navy blue dial is matte, printed with sand coloured Arabic numerals at 2, 4, 8 and 10 and bar markers at 12, 3, 6 and 9, framed by a full minute track of fine hatches. Cathedral style hour and minute hands in the same sand tone contrast with a slim silver seconds hand tipped with an arrow. Under 12 you read TIMEX and EXPEDITION, while the mountain logo sits above WATER RESISTANT 50m / 165ft. A framed date window is set between 3 and 4 o'clock, and the knurled crown at 3 is easy to grip with cold fingers. The strap is brown ecoleather with contrast cream stitching running the full length.

The movement is quartz, chosen for accuracy and for the fact that it simply keeps running without attention.
