Presenting the Timex E Line Men's Watch TW2Y67700, a 34 mm gold-tone stainless steel piece whose rectangular case with heavily rounded corners brings back the cushion silhouette of the 1970s. The bezel is stepped and mirror polished, dropping in two levels towards the dial and catching light along every curve. Inside sits a green dial with a sunray brushed finish that runs from deep bottle green at the edges to a brighter tone at the centre. Applied gold baton indices mark the hours, with shorter printed strokes for the minutes. TIMEX sits under 12 o'clock with AUTOMATIC printed below it, while at 6 o'clock the Timex wave logo appears above the WATER RESISTANT line. A white date window at 3 o'clock cuts into the green surface, and slim gold hands with a matching central seconds hand sweep over it. The fluted gold crown sits at 3 o'clock and the integrated bracelet is built from flat gold links alternating brushed and polished surfaces.

The TW2Y67700 runs on an automatic movement wound by the motion of the wrist, with no battery involved. It drives central hours, minutes and a sweeping seconds hand, plus the date display at 3 o'clock. The case is 12 mm thick and protected by an acrylic crystal, the warm slightly domed glass Timex has used for decades and which can be polished back to clarity. Water resistance is rated at 5 ATM, enough for rain, hand washing and surface swimming.

The E Line revives the design vocabulary Timex published in its late seventies catalogues: compact cushion cases, integrated bracelets, coloured dials and acrylic glass. Timex traces its roots to the Waterbury Clock Company, founded in Connecticut in 1854, the firm that later put a watch on millions of wrists and built its reputation on mechanics that simply keep running.
