The injected nylon-and-propionate front is reduced to two angular pieces in polished black that hold the lens at each end, leaving the upper and lower edges entirely open. The temples, also injected in black, are wide and flat and finish in the silver Medusa head set on a double metal fillet, the unmistakable Versace signature. The single lens shifts from a deep, almost wine-dark grey at the brow to a very pale grey at the base. Size L, 130 mm temples, high-bridge fit.
Lenses: a single biopolyamide shield in gradient grey on base 2, dark across the brow and progressively clearer towards the lower edge. Light transmission of 15%, 100% UVA and UVB filtering and an external hard coating against micro-scratches. The wraparound curve covers the peripheral field and cuts stray light from the sides, while the gradient keeps the view clean when you look down. Suitable for driving.
