Meet the Timex Trend Ridgefield TW2Y56900, a round stainless steel case of 42 mm across and 12 mm thick, with polished flanks and straight lugs that flow into the bracelet. The black bezel carries a white 60 unit scale, the numerals 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 printed in a wide sporty typeface and a marked triangle at zero. Inside, the black dial mixes faceted applied steel indices with broad filled hands, the TIMEX signature at three o'clock and a framed date aperture just below it. Three silver circular grained counters sit at twelve, nine and six, while a slim red central hand crosses the whole dial and provides the only splash of colour. The fluted crown, flanked by two cylindrical pushers, finishes the right flank, and the three link steel bracelet alternates brushed and polished surfaces down to the folding clasp.

Underneath runs a quartz movement, chosen for accuracy and for the low maintenance of a battery calibre. The dial layout offers three auxiliary counters plus the framed date window, and the whole display is protected by a mineral glass that resists everyday scratches. Water resistance is rated at 5 ATM, enough for rain, hand washing and a swim in the pool.
