Presenting the Timex Deep Water Men's Watch TW2Y64700, a 40 mm diver-styled piece built on a round stainless steel case 12 mm thick, with brushed flanks, polished bevels and a raised shoulder protecting the gold-tone fluted crown at three o'clock. The rotating bezel combines a gold-tone knurled edge with a deep burgundy insert graduated in white from 10 to 50, minute hashes between the numerals and a luminous pip set inside the triangle at twelve. The matte black dial keeps everything legible: applied cream indices with luminous fill, oversized Arabic numerals at 12, 3, 6 and 9, gold-tone hands with arrow tips loaded with luminous material and a slim central seconds hand finished with a red arrow. Under twelve you read the TIMEX DEEPWATER signature, and above six a small red dive flag sits over the WATER RESISTANT 200m/660ft line. The five-link stainless steel bracelet alternates brushed silver outer links with polished gold-tone centre links and closes on a folding clasp.

Inside works a quartz movement, chosen here for accuracy and for the low maintenance a dive-oriented watch demands: central hours, minutes and seconds, no reset needed for months on end. The bezel turns to track elapsed time, dive intervals or parking meters alike, while the luminous treatment on hands and indices keeps the reading available in dark water or at night. The sapphire crystal resists scratches far better than mineral glass, and the 20 ATM rating, 200 metres, covers swimming, snorkelling and recreational diving.

Deep Water is the line Timex reserves for its most water-focused designs. The brand goes back to 1854 and the Waterbury Clock Company in Connecticut, the workshop that later made the pocket watch America could afford and, from the 1940s, the Timex watches sold by the million worldwide.
