Presenting the Timex Deep Water Reef Men's Watch TW2W74700, a 40 mm stainless steel diver whose round case is finished in a dark gunmetal grey with brushed flanks and short, sharply cut lugs. The dive bezel is matte black with a coin edge knurled rim for grip, a white 60 minute scale and full numerals at 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50, crowned by a luminous pip set inside the triangle at 12. The black dial is embossed with a fine wave pattern that runs across the whole surface, printed with TIMEX over DEEPWATER at the top and WATER RESISTANT 200m / 660ft below the centre. Round and baton markers glow pale green, the sword shaped hour and minute hands carry the same luminous compound, and a slim orange seconds hand with a square lumed tip sweeps above them. The grooved crown at 3 o'clock echoes the bezel knurling, and the black rubber strap shows deep horizontal ribs and closes with a steel buckle.

Inside runs a quartz movement with central hour, minute and seconds hands, chosen for accuracy and for the fact that it asks nothing of its owner beyond a battery. Water resistance is rated at 20 ATM, so 200 metres, backed by a screw style crown, and the rotating bezel lets you mark elapsed time by aligning the pip with the minute hand. The scratch resistant sapphire crystal protects the dial, and the luminous treatment on hands, markers and bezel pip keeps the display readable in low light or underwater.

The Deep Water Reef line revisits the compact skin diver proportions that Timex built its reputation on, keeping the 40 mm diameter and the tool watch layout while adding a sapphire crystal and a modern stealth finish.
