Fossil Townsman Watch ME3286

Fossil Townsman ME3286: Texan Heritage With Its Heart Exposed

Fossil was born in 1984 in Richardson, Texas, with one idea in mind: bring the spirit of mid-century American watchmaking back to life and make it wearable every day. The Townsman collection is where that idea grows up. It takes the classic town watch, the one you wore to the office and kept for decades, and gives it a mechanical soul.

This ME3286 is the warmest reading of that design language. The brown dial carries applied Roman numerals at the quarters, slim gold-tone batons in between and a textured fan spreading from the centre. At 9 o'clock the dial opens up and the balance wheel works in plain sight, a red jewel catching the light with every oscillation. A 24-hour ring and a small seconds counter complete the layout.
