Orford is a small town in New Hampshire, on the bank of the Connecticut River, which there marks the border with Vermont. A bridge links it to Fairlee, the town on the opposite bank, and along the top of the main street runs a row of white eighteenth and nineteenth century houses known as The Ridge.
Timberland is based in New Hampshire, and many of its watches carry names that match New England places, such as Henniker or Williston.
