1.What is the guaranty of the products you get?

TicTacArea.com offers a 2 years guaranty in all the products sold in the site. This means that you can always change the item if it presents any problems during this period. It will be changed for one the same sort or similar.

2.How do we send our products?

All our items are sent via UPS or Postal Mail.
UPS, the company which offers the best service all the world round. They offer a tracking number, so you can follow your item all the way to your address in your own language.
UPS offers a 24 hour service inside Europe, that is independent of the payment option you choose and the offer a 48 our service to the rest of the world. USA residents may get their products in 24 hours.
Postal Mail, On the other hand, is an economic way of shipping. It may take a little longer (3-7 days to deliver), but it is quite cheaper than UPS. Take note that Postal Mail Service does not have Online Tracking Service.

3.Customs and Tax

Items sent outside the EU and The canary Islands are not subject to VAT. Any customs tax go to the customers cost.
UPS, FeDex nor Postal Mail Service neither TicTacArea.com are responsible of any kind of customs payments. Products are not normally delayed because of custom duties, if they do, the client will be informed.

4.-Return Policy

We work to satisfy our customers the best possible way. We changed the products or refund the payment in case the customer is not happy with them.

5.-How about if the product presents damages?

All products are strictly checked before they are shipped, but in the case they are damaged on the way, you must contact us before 48 hours of the delivery, we will claim UPS for the damage and the item will be replaced by a new one as soon as possible. In any case you should contact us within 48 ours by phoning us or writing an email to help@TicTacArea.com.

6.-Who is entitled to pay the charges of a change?

If the product has some defects or problems, TicTacArea.com will pay the charges. In all other cases the customer is entitled to any payment that may occur.

7.-why isn´t my card accepted because of the certification?

TicTacArea.com know who worried are we about the use of credit and debit card through the internet. This is the reason why we only accept secured cards, those with the known Digital Signature. We will ask you for a secret number that only you know (normally is used for withdrawing money or shopping). That means if the card is not secured by your bank it will not be accepted. This method makes you sure that no one else will who doesn´t know this number would make any purchase with it, eluding any fraud. If your card is not secured and you want it, you can ask for it when fulfilling the payment method in our web site.

8.-How do I know my size?

There are three different sizes. Some products(watches for instance) have two or three different sizes, called A and B. Others are named: S(small), M(medium) and L(large).
