TicTacArea.com 3 months guarantee
In TicTacArea.com we try to be used by our customers in an integral way, personalized and completely devoted to them, this is why we offer a special guarantee. All our products have a special 3 months TicTacArea.com guarantee. If the product presents any problem covered by the product guarantee itself, we will change it for a new one, identical or another of your election of equal price. TicTacArea.com will not pay the expenses of sending it to our store. But we will send you the new one for free. The guarantees do not cover the products used or with ascribable defects caused because of it use. In the case of the clocks, the guarantee does not cover the battery, the crystal, the rupture of the plastic case or the strap.

TicTacArea.com offer 24 months of guarantee in all the articles sold through TicTacArea.com. By this, atfer the 3 months of TicTacArea.com guarantee, you can go to any official service or the local salesman nearer to your residence so that they will take it to the repair center directly, don´t forget to take your guarantee documment with you.
Conditions for refundings
VERY IMPORTANT, read the following lines!! Before using this service it IS ESSENTIAL for you to contact us at our Department of Refundings writing an email to returns@TicTacArea.com, don´t forget that we will never accept a sending that has not been previously informed to our department.
If you wish to restore your purchase, you must do it in the 10 days following to the reception of the product. In this case, you will have to assume a 20% charge of the value of the article because of expenses of handling, packing and re-storing.
If you wish to change the article by another one of price equal or more expensive, you don´t have to pay the 20% charge.
Items such as belts, bracelets, straps and any other special item expressly acquired on behalf of our customer are excluded. These will never be changed or refunded.
UNDER ANY CONCEPT we ADMIT the REFUNDING of a WATCH WHICH HAVE BEEN ADAPTED to a CONCRETE SIZE. Remenber this when you ask for our FREE service of adjustment of the strap, especially if it is for a gift.
In both cases, if it is for a change or a refunding, you will have to pay the costs of sending to our store, and with the case 0ù it is not to change, you will have to also pay for the sending in your residence of the order if did not do it in its time being given a certain type of promotion.
The expenses of sending in case of refunding, can differ from those we apply to our customers in our sendings. The restored articles must be under the same conditions than when they left our store, completely new, in original case and without any mark of use.
